Two wonderfully sunny days at Turnberry saw the Citi supported Golf Challenge produce the following outstanding performances.

Best score on Day 1 Bill Marley of Ryden 2

Longest Drive Day 1 Alan Muir of Usual Suspects (Muir Construction) for the St Andrews Golf Co hickory brassie

Nearest the pin Day 1 Gordon Donaldson of No Relation (Muir Construction)

Longest Drive Day 2   Bill Brotherton of Tenon the Tee (Tenon)  Gordon Donaldson was disqualified for winning too much

Nearest the pin Day 2 John Hall of Huggy's Heroes.  Donald MacDonald waived his winning shot in favour of John Hall as he was a director of Harviestoun Brewery who supplied the prize.
